Teach educators how their local manufacturing companies function and to inspire them to promote career awareness in their classroom and school.

Inspire teens to think realistically about summer positions, future goals and working in manufacturing.

Students put on their problem solving hats to move a ball from one end of the table to the other with its own momentum using a variety of materials of their own choosing.
​
Just like the manufacturing Supply Chain model, a goal is determined, a product is made and each component along the way sets up a system of resources to move a product or service from supplier to customer.
