We produce experiential events in CONSTRUCTION and MANUFACTURING to connect businesses with local middle and high schools, thus building a bridge between neighborhood workforce and the businesses that need them.

We inspire through exposure and hands-on activities career pathways in construction and manufacturing to middle and high school students in border towns that don't have staff, funding or career technical school access.

Construction has been highlighted as an in-demand career pathway and in a new mandatory initiative to obtain career planning pathways for Guidance counselors, Career educators and school administrators. We will help you learn through fun, experiential and relative workshops that have real take-aways!
